USAPA Approved Pickleball Paddle Specifications: Raw T700 Carbon & Honeycomb Cores

Meeting Strict USA Pickleball (USAPA) Tournament Standards

Pickleball is experiencing explosive worldwide growth, and governing bodies have tightened equipment specifications to preserve sportsmanship and player safety. For brands creating private label pickleball paddles, adherence to USAPA deflection, surface friction, and dimension standards is non-negotiable.

Raw Toray T700 Carbon: The Spin Standard

Smooth paddles with applied spray-on grit quickly lose their spin potential after a few weeks of gameplay as the grit wears off. POWERBRO GROUP utilizes authentic Japanese Toray T700 Raw Carbon Fiber. The natural weave friction is exposed directly at the molding stage, giving players permanent ball traction that generates over 2,000+ RPM backspin and topspin cuts without violating USAPA roughness limits.

Polypropylene Honeycomb Core Calibration

The thickness of the polymer core dictates the paddle’s playability profile:

• 13mm Power Core: Firmer, faster rebound off the paddle face. Ideal for singles players and aggressive hitters seeking quick volley putaways.
• 16mm Control Core: Thicker cushioning that absorbs ball impact kinetic energy. Enlarges the sweet spot and provides superior dink control and third-shot drop consistency.

Thermoformed Unibody Construction

Unlike cheap multi-piece glued paddles that crack at the throat, POWERBRO paddles feature thermoformed carbon edge wrapping. The carbon fiber wraps seamlessly from the face into the handle, creating a rigid unibody frame that eliminates handle breakage.
